Horse Mash is a recipe specially developed for horses with sensitive digestive tracts. It is suitable for horses prone to colic and those prone to digestive disorders. The wheat bran has a rough texture with a high crude fiber content, which stimulates intestinal activity. The easily digestible mixture does not burden the digestive tract, allowing your horse to absorb nutrients better. The brewer's yeast not only stabilizes the horses' sensitive intestinal flora, it also has a positive effect on the skin, coat, and horn quality. The EQI Gastiv helps horses improve colon function thanks to calcium- and magnesium-rich seaweed combined with live yeast. This makes the mash particularly recommended for horses with sensitive stomachs and intestines.

Feeding recommendation

Feed once or three times a week as a supplement to or instead of the usual concentrate ration. If necessary, a reduced amount can also be offered daily. Mix 300–800 g per horse per day with warm-to-hot water and let it swell for approximately 15–30 minutes, then feed until lukewarm. To avoid secondary fermentation, the feed should always be freshly prepared.
